For US shipping, the actual time depends on where your product ships from.

Here's the breakdown:
* US warehouse items: 3-5 business days
* China warehouse items: 10-15 business days
* US suppliers: 2-7 days (US addresses only)

Processing time: 1-3 business days before shipping starts. During busy seasons like holidays, this might extend to 5 days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the supplier is at fault for delivery failures, damaged items, or wrong products.

Damaged products: Full refund with photo/video evidence within 30 days of delivery.

Wrong/missing items: Full refund within 30 days with evidence showing the issue.

Cancellations: Full refund if canceled before shipping (except Print-on-Demand orders).

No refunds for delivered orders unless you get a non-delivery certificate from your local post office.
